Join us for an exclusive exhibition view and talk by Ian Collins, at East Gallery NUA, to celebrate the publication of his book Two Lives in Colour: Fred Dubery and Joanne Brogden.
Fred Dubery was a renowned painter, teacher, a member of the New English Art Club and Professor of Perspective at the Royal Academy Schools, London. Fashion designer Joanne Brogden was an equally influential teacher and a driving force in the development of the Fashion course at the Royal College of Art, London.
In 2019 we celebrate both the publication of Ian's book, revealing this remarkable creative partnership, and the artists' extraordinary legacy of scholarships in Fine Art and Fashion, awarded by EAAF to students at Norwich University of the Arts. Along with an endowment for scholarships, EAAF has been given a marvellous bequest of the artists' work, the sale of which will support the work of the charity.
Tickets are £10 per person, exclusive to EAAF members. Numbers are limited, to purchase tickets click on the link above or contact the EAAF office, firstname.lastname@example.org
