Come with us for this exclusive visit to two inspiring venues in Suffolk - White House Farm and The Cut, Halesworth.

This promises to be a stunning day, starting at White House Farm in Great Glemham for the Alde Valley Spring Festival.  Artist and festival director Jason Gathorne-Hardy will welcome us to his farm which for a month is given over to exhibitions and artists and writers in residency.  See work by Jelly Green, Maggi Hambling and Freddy Morris alongside a great range of makers addressing this year’s theme – The English Oak. We will have plenty of time to explore and talk to the artists in residence before being treated to lunch in the farmhouse.

After lunch, we make our way to The Cut in Halesworth, where artist and curator Robert Priseman will introduce the magnificent painting exhibition Contemporary Masters from the East of England. The exhibition features some of the best known painters based in our region and will introduce us to many we may not have seen before.

With extraordinary exhibitions at exceptional venues, this day will give us plenty to see, think and talk about.

Tickets £25 per person. Maps and directions will be provided with your ticket.
