From Fred Dubery to Lucie Rie, finishing with the first ever Paint Out Holt and Art Car Boot - join us for a fantastic day at the opening of the Holt Festival exhibitions.

We will start at The Lawns Hotel with tea and coffee to welcome, then move next door to the Garden House Studio and a talk by Ian Collins to introduce the Fred Dubery exhibition for the Holt Festival. If you missed out earlier in the year, EAAF members will have the first chance to see and buy Dubery's work - paintings can be taken away on the day! Proceeds from all the sales support the work of EAAF.

Then we cross the street to the church of St Andrew the Apostle and an exhibition of the work of Lucie Rie, one of the most influential Modern ceramicists of the 20th Century, introduced by Curator James Glennie.

We finish the morning with a short walk to see work made by artists painting en plein air throughout the town and raise a glass to open the inaugural Paint Out Holt! Outside, we can rummage through an Art Car Boot before wandering off to find lunch (not included), leaving time to take the opportunity to see the Holt Art Prize at the Auden Theatre, Gresham's School.

Tickets are £15 per person, exclusive to EAAF members. Book your ticket through the link above, or contact the EAAF office 01603 493668.
